Clever Cooks Terms and Conditions

Goods at all times remain the property of Clever Cooks Hire Services.
Prices are shown for 1 day hire – extended hire prices on request.  There is no VAT to pay
Goods will be available for collection the day before the event and returned the day after the event.
We offer a delivery and collection service at an amount according to distance. 
Catering equipment is sent out clean and must be returned clean in the containers provided.  For our comprehensive washing-up service, scrape plates and return dirty to containers for collection.  Glasses should be returned upright in boxes.  Washing-up service is approximately 25% extra with a minimum fee of £10.  For glasses or cutlery only orders washing-up will be based on the number of items ordered
All items should be ready in boxes at the agreed collection time.  Any time spent having to pack items into boxes will be charged to the client at £20 per hour or part there of.
Payment to be made at the time the equipment is delivered or collected.
A  retention fee is held and returned once all items have been checked and counted.
Final numbers shall be agreed one week prior to delivery.  After this time items can be added but not reduced if the order has been made up.
If an order is placed and the cancelled there will be a cancellation charge as follows:
10% within 28 days of hire date
25% within 14 days of hire date
100% within 7 days of hire date
Replacement charges which are subject to change without notice are shown and will apply to all items missing, broken or damaged.
Substitute Equipment Will Not Be Accepted.
